The purpose of the Rural Church Network of the United States and Canada is to be a forum for sharing among denominational leaders and other town and rural strategic partners working for wholeness and health of rural churches and communities. We are self-governing 501 (C) (3) Non-profit tax-exempt organization under the fiduciary umbrella of AMERC. We invite you to make suggestions as to materials and resources you would find helpful to be located on this site.

Mission
The Rural Church Network of the United States and Canada is an organization of church leaders, educators, and other persons interested in supporting rural churches, those who serve them, and the rural areas in which they are found. It seeks to demonstrate this support through:
- Highlighting existing rural ministry resources for educators and church leaders.
- Analyzing the gaps in existing resources and invite scholars to practitioners to created new resouces.
- Developing new resources for rural ministry.
- Be a hub for resources that seek to enhance rural ministry and life in rural communities and counties.
- Enhance awareness of the opportunities, needs, and challenges found in town and rural congregations and communities.
